An intriguing pale pink rosé with strawberry, white pear and floral aromas. In the mouth the palate is crisp and complex, with summer berry, wild herb and tangy tangerine flavours that linger well on the finish and are balanced by a refreshing acidity.
ABOUT THIS BOTTLE:
Historically, a third of the tithe to Rome was paid in Hogsheads of wine from nearby Bury St Edmunds.
This charming rosé is ready to drink now and is best enjoyed while young and fresh. Lightly chilled, it makes an excellent aperitif, or will match with many Provençal style dishes, particularly fish, vegetables and salads.
