ABOUT THIS WINE:
Made from 100% Merlot, this modern claret was blended by our own winemaker Belinda Kleinig who worked with expert Bordeaux winemaker Yvan Meyer to create an easy drinking, unoaked wine with full expression of fragrant, ripe fruit.
PAIRINGS:
A soft rounded red wine such as this is lovely with a simple plate of charcuterie and has enough body to complement hearty dishes suchas sheperd's pie.
