Viognier is becoming a highly popular, fashionable grape variety, and we set out to show this exotic white at its very best. This wine has been made especially for Marks & Spencer by Oliver Mandeville in the South of France, and it displays beautifully ripe fruit balanced by crisp acidity
PAIRINGS:
A soft and rounded white such as this can be served as an aperitif or with a variety of chicken and fish dishes, especially those with creamy or fruit-based sauces. Mildly spicy dishes, such as king prawn and coconut curry, also work very well.
