ABOUT THIS WINE:
Pale cream is a versatile and well-balanced style of sherry sweet and elegant with a refreshing crispness. This fine example has been made by renowned sherry house Williams & Humbert, which was founded in 1877. It has been made from 100% Palomino grapes, and matured in the traditional solera system at one of their bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera.
SERVING:
Serve this sherry lightly chilled. It makes a refreshing aperitif, or pair it with fruit desserts, creamy patisserie and celebration cakes. For summer consumption serve over ice.
KEEPING:
This wine is ready to drink now or enjoy it within one year of purchase. Once opened, it will remain in good condition for up to a month if you reseal the bottle and keep it in a cool, dark place like the fridge.
